I had a technical glitch yesterday and by the time I'd tried to diagnose the problem, exhausting most options including the very technical switch it off and power up again, it was time for school pick up! Then homework, tennis lessons, dinner, bath and bedtime routines, you get the gist, by which time it was 8pm when I sat back down in front of the pc and the problem had fixed itself!!
However whilst I got most content together I still didn't finish my post as the girls came over for our weekly 'Affair' night; that's the Sky TV series by the way! For those that haven't been watching I definitely recommend it, with a clever script and thought provoking storyline. If you needed any further persuasion Maura Tierney, who plays Helen the jilted wife, just won the Golden Globe for best supporting actress in a series!
As hubby sometimes works away it's nice to have company in the evening and watching it with friends gives us a chance to over analyse, dissect and discuss each episode, pausing throughout so it takes us about 3 hours to watch a 1 hour episode!!
So here it is, yesterdays outfit today, featuring my thermal top from M&S! Whilst mine is dark grey I really like their new stripe version so I've featured it in my outfit builder below. I've also put a parka and pom pom hat that have faux fur trims for those of you that choose not to wear real fur.
The shirt that I'm wearing here is beachlunchlounge, a label I picked up in New York. I was looking for a 'Rails' flannel shirt but came across this one instead and loved the colour way. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the exact one at Lord & Taylor, or other US websites, so have shown another colour option instead.
