So it may be all about a sock boot or a velvet embroidered block heel boot this season but the studded leather ankle boot is still very much alive and kicking those Autumn leaves; with a bevy of styles influenced by Chloe's Susanna Studded Ankle boot available on the high street.
After a fleeting visit to & Other Stories store this weekend I was tempted to buy their version of, below, but my Uterque boots are still in great condition and will be doing the same job so I decided to leave them for now. I've researched alternatives and picked my favourite below.

Apart from the more affordable versions I've picked another style of studded boots I've noticed a lot on social media are these Anine Bing Charlie boots, below. At over £500 they are still an investment purchase but more subtle than the Chloe boots.

I love this outfit combination of easy grey t-shirt, cropped black jean and camel coat with mid grey cashmere scarf and these are the perfect boot to give interest and modernity! Definitely a look to recreate this Autumn.
