When it's warm and you need to look smart it's tricky to know how to stay both cool and look the part. That's where a shirt dress is a fail safe wardrobe staple and here I'm wearing my Gharani Strok animal print shirt dress I bought ages ago in TK Maxx.
My cutout sandals give interest to an otherwise simple outfit. Sandals with a filled in heel also look more professional and mean you have less foot care to worry about. I'll always remember a circle of shame around Liz Hurleys dry and cracked heels once and vowed then to buy a foot file and use it religiously!
The hardware on my Nine West sandals also compliment my everyday jewellery, a set of stirling silver bangles and Breitling watch. Whilst I know gold hued watches are on trend I love my stainless steel Breitling and although it's an investment piece it's not an obvious luxury brand for ladies watches so will hopefully be a collectible in the future.
