For those of you writing fashion related blogs don't make the same mistake I did yesterday and type 'nude ladies sunglasses' into Google images. Whilst this shade of shades is very much on trend I should know to never type 'nude' into a search engine and only realised my faux pas when I pressed the enter key. Thank goodness the children (or hubby!) weren't around.
Today I'm wearing a very old pair of thong Gladiator sandals in a very outfit friendly pewter metallic. The elastic on the strap buckle has had it but I can't find a pair I love enough to replace them. There are certain styles of any garment or accessory that stand the test of time and more importantly the test of trends. The Gladiator sandal is one such style and gives weight and edginess to an otherwise floaty summer ensemble.
The pair I've shown in my outfit builder are from Matt Bernson, a name I came across, ooh about 10 years ago, when he first showed at Pure Womenswear trade show. His offer of premium range footwear and accessories are always considered with a point of difference and are unsurprisingly a favourite with Hollywood celebrities.
