Today's look reminds me of Tamara Eccleston's outfit that she was seen wearing in late October. Granted her 'Lowland' Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots were in grey suede but a flat over the knee boot is an instant style update for AW15.
I'm still sporting my old leather pair from Nine West but if I was buying now would opt for a suede version like their 'Arnalda' style or Sam Edelman's 'Elina' suede over the knee boot, see below, which has a small block heel, also practical for those that prefer a little height.
