I treat myself to fresh cut flowers regularly and I particularly love Parrot or Speciality tulips. These bright sunny yellow ones are tipped with red and are from Waitrose, and whilst they might not last long each morning when I come into the kitchen they brighten my mood.

The hand mirror is an essential for any handbag and when I saw this smiley wink face version in Paperchase, see similar here, I couldn't resist. Obviously, being bright yellow, it's easy to find in my bag and even though I seldom use the mirror its presence in between the loose change, keys and tissues is reassuring and makes me happy.
