Here's a great idea for how to make a Halloween spider, courtesy of Nymans, National Trust, in West Sussex. Take 1 black bin bag, fill with balloons, tie at the top and tippex on a face. Then cut strips from 2 black bin bags, knotting two strips together for each leg, et voila, a big scary spider to hang in your childs bedroom......if they're brave enough! The children enjoyed the Halloween trail, exploring the woodland, catching the falling Autumnal leaves and generally discovering what Nymans garden had to offer when we visited yesterday. It was a glorious sunny day, just like these Dahlias, left, so I only needed my Zara sleeveless khaki jacket which I teamed with my H&M flannel shirt, Uniqlo cashmere jumper, James jeans and Uterque ankle boots.
