Her wardrobe malfunction is big news and whilst there is definitely no cape here I've been inspired by Madonnas Matador look from the Brits last night and thought I'd go for a more masculine look today.
I've definitely borrowed a look from the boys by wearing my Calvin Klein boyfriend jeans, from TK Maxx and my Jane Shilton black patent brogues. I think the patent finish is more feminine and the heel is low so not too bulky or heavy. I love the Next style I've chosen below which is a flatform style.
I've teamed them with my Gharani Strok London navy cable knit jumper, again from TK Maxx, but as it's a fitted style offsets the fit of the jeans so the overall look isn't too loose and baggy. To give texture contrast I'm wearing my Reiss black leather jacket with zip detail which also picks out my set of silver bangles.
