Today I've taken some time out to go on a 3 mile walk on Cissbury Ring with my parents who are keen ramblers. A brisk walk requires no skill or specialist equipment and is considered by some to be the best type of exercise, with no excessive joint jolting or heavy grunting to contend with.
It also requires a practical outfit and so not much inspiration today I'm afraid, only nature at it's best, hopefully inspiring you to get out there if you can.
If not I've come up with a work summer outfit; as if it's warm on top of the Sussex Downs it must be a tad stifling on the London underground. Keep your cool in a head to toe white outfit with neutral or nude accessories inspired by this look from Atterley Road. If you have AC in your place of work it's also not too skin baring to reveal your goosebumps!
