Flippy skirt

The high street is awash with A line, maxi and minis so my old Next flippy skirt is not really an on trend style. However it's very easy to wear and is flattering for most shapes and sizes, especially petites who may find it hard to get the right fit and length of skirt.

It was hard to find something similar to my Next version with it's angled seams and viscose and elastane mix which means it has a lovely fluid feel and movement. The abstract print is great too, with a off white, ochre and grey print on a black base meaning I can team it easily with complimentary colours.

Here I'm wearing it with a Kenar grey V neck linen vest, from TK Maxx, Zara quilted bomber jacket and my new Matt Bernson bourbon colour gladiator sandals. I've teamed it with my Karl Lagerfeld over sized sunnies to pull through the black of the skirt. I'm also still wearing 'Prom Queen' coral on my tippy toes as it's such a great colour!

I finally found a flippy skirt at Jigsaw, which has a monochrome poppy print, for my outfit builder below. I'ts a similar look to mine so click on the descriptive text to shop the items.

Thanks for stopping by.
