Proving again that this is my authentic self, I'm wearing nothing new here! Apologies to those waiting to see any recent purchases, but if it's any consolation I don't think I've worn this combination before.
Today I'm wearing a check Uniqlo flannel shirt, Navy knit sweater from Gharani Strok, Topshop joggers, Adidas Mi Stan Smith Leopard shoes and Coccinelle cross body bag, all old.
If I was to buy a similar outfit now I would elevate the bottoms to the fresher trouser style jogger, like these wool mix Ashley trousers from Hush £79, left.
Although I still love my cotton cable jumper I would perhaps buy a red one, I missed out on the gorgeous Limited Edition one from Massimo Dutti, or have a roll neck line like the one below which is thankfully still available!

I would still buy leopard print sneakers and luckily Hush have a great pair available this season, the Leo Trainer £170, as well as a small mixed material cross body bag, but maybe choose one of the many now on the high street.
To update a plain check shirt I'd purchase one with interest detailing like a frill or embellishment; both Zara and Madewell have versions of a pretty plaid this season so see my top picks below.
